At 08:26 Company 15 was dispatched to the 600 block of Penn Street in Milton Borough for a possible house fire. Chief 1501 responded and was advised by CSR 911 that Milton PD was on scene confirming a working fire. 1501 requested a second alarm be started. 1501 arrived to find a 2 1/2 story single family dwelling with a possible basement fire with smoke and fire showing from under a porch. Engine 15-2 arrived and established a supply line at the hydrant on the corner of Montour Street and Brown Ave. Engine 15-2’s crew stretched an attack line and made a quick knock down on the fire. Truck and Rescue 15’s crew assisted the engine with overhaul and checking for extension. The box was scaled back to CO 15 and Truck 2. Units on scene: Chief 1501, Engine 15-2, Trucks 15, 2, Rescue 15, MICU 15, Ambulance 5, Milton Police Department, Fire Police from Company 5 and 17.
