At 04:10 this date Engine 15-1 was dispatched along with Lewisburg (Co2) for a reported dorm room fire at Harris Hall on the campus of Bucknell University. A report on the scene from Bucknell Public Safety was a well-involved room. The Engine crew from Lewisburg arrived to find a bed and other items burning. Sprinklers knocked the bulk of the fire down and kept it contained to one room. Engine 15-1 arrived a short time later and set up ventilation with electric PPV. Truck 3-1 (Mifflinburg) was staged and ready for RIT. Students waited in adjacent buildings and no injuries were reported. Company 15 remained on the scene for about an hour. Units on scene: Engines 2-2, 15-1, Trucks 2-1, 3-1, and Rescue 2-1.
