At 15:28 Hrs The 15 House was dispatched to Interstate 80-Mile Marker 211 West Bound for an MVA with unknown injuries. Rescue 15-1 with 1513 (Lupo) responded followed by Engine 15-2 with 1506 (Campbell). The Rescue arrived in the area and could not find anything so the Rescue and Engine split up checking the Interstate from county line to county line finding nothing. Crews returned to service at 15:46 Hrs.

45 minutes later, The 15 House along with Company 17 was dispatched to 7880 State Route 405 for an MVA reported truck vs. motorcycle with serious injury. Rescue 15-1 with 1506 (Campbell) arrived and started assisting EMS on the scene with patient care. Engine 15-2 with 1513 (Lupo) arrived and set up a landing zone and landed the chopper. Life Flight returned to service shortly after landing due to the patient being deceased. Units on the scene: Rescue and Engine 15, Engine 17-1, MICU's 15 & 8, Ambulance's 8-1 & 5-2, Medic 60, Milton and Turbot Twp. Fire Police, and PSP Milton. Units remained on the scene till 18:30 Hrs.

Three hours later The 15 House along with Company 2 (Lewisburg) was dispatched to the area of State Route 147 and 45 for an unknown type fire. Engine 15-2 with 1513 (Lupo) responded followed by Tanker 15-1. Company 15 units were placed in service while responding. Nothing was found and all units were available within 10 minutes.
